I’m an operations strategy leader with 15+ years of experience scaling complex systems at Amazon (EU), Toyota and government-backed platforms in India. I’ve led large teams, built resilient supply chains, and launched tech-enabled systems from the ground up.
Alongside my core work in ops, I teach human behaviour courses at IIT Madras and write about trust, decision-making and AI alignment. My debut non-fiction on modern matching markets is on its way. These give me a unique perspective on how people and systems succeed together.
I help organisations scale complex operations with a human lens.
BLOG
I learn by writing. So, my blog is a collection of thoughts in buffering. If you’re an expert, I am happy to be corrected. If you are a noob like me, read at your own risk. If you are neither, I am afraid there is nothing of value here. Some of my posts:
- A Relationship Approach to Safety: Lightweight “coach” models intervening with timely questions to redirect AI systems when they’re confidently pursuing the wrong objective, rather than detecting unsafe behavior after the fact.
- Cognitive Exhaustion & Engineered Trust: Reimagining alignment as an affordance problem over control, so our systems don’t burn out before they succeed.
- Can you Care without Feeling? Reframing alignment beyond sounding empathetic; making a case for memory and adaptation.

I am open to writing, speaking and teaching in AI systems x human behaviour. If this resonates, let’s chat. Virtually, of course. Let’s not get carried away. Write to me at pri-dot-bharadwaj-at-gmail-dot-com.
